Introduction

The Keyhole Deposit App project focused on creating a tenant-centric platform for the deposit-free rental home solution, Keyhole Deposit. As the founder of Keyhole, my role was to envision a scalable solution that not only addressed the needs of deposit-free rentals but also had the potential to expand to other insurance or financial solutions and relevant services for tenants in the moving scenario. The primary goal was to make rentals more accessible to a larger audience and set their financials free, while creating a foundation for a rental tenant universe that could foster the adoption of Keyhole Deposit and future products and services.

The first step in developing the Keyhole Deposit App was to create a web-based onboarding MVP, which served as a learning platform for understanding the needs and preferences of tenants. This MVP informed the development of the mobile app and helped to identify areas of improvement and additional features to be included in the final product.
